Continuous Histamine Monitor – Anaphylaxis Detection 2020

PRVNT. Detect and prevent anaphylaxis.

A continuous histamine monitor to detect and alert someone of a pending anaphylactic reaction.

  • This product is my first into hardware. I took inspiration from continuous glucose monitors to detect histamine and alert the individual to take action.

As someone who struggles with analphylaxis, this could help save me and the countless people who end up in the ER every 6 minutes because of anaphylaxis. Website: withprvnt.com

  • Conceptualized and prototyped a wearable histamine monitor to detect and alert users of pending anaphylactic reactions.

    • Sourced sensor technology, produced a 3D-printed prototype, and documented technical specifications, validating the concept through user feedback, research, and feasibility studies.

This passion project is a work in progress.
